In the middle of Ghost Wars right now, and I’m sure I’ll finish it over the weekend! The book details the CIA's operations in Afghanistan, from the Soviet invasion in 1979 through the summer of 2001.

I have recently been trying to squeeze in a quick bite in the mornings - I’ve opted for Trader Joe's Greek Yogurt, Farmers Market Peaches, and Stellar Cinnamon Toast Granola. I wake up looking forward to this bowl of goodness!

This is SUCH a fun activity to try on vacation or with your friends. And its a great way to feel connected with nature.

Maria’s Recommending: Preply

One of my little goals this year is to improve my fluency in Spanish. I’m taking weekly lessons with a tutor on Preply and it’s been so much fun.

There’s a tutor for all levels of fluency and over 50 languages to learn. Sessions range in price and times but average $15-$25 per session. There’s no subscription just pay as you learn!

They’ve also raised $150M in VC funding so it’s not a scam lol
